Mom's wisdom

"Here's the thing about life. You've got to find those fun things to have about life. This is not necessarily fun.
But you've got to find something fun." - Mom, on June 22, 2012.

155 days later...

Today is Homecoming Day! Mom should be heading home in about an hour.

There are no words to describe how thankful we are for this day, and for the love, support, and many thousands of prayers from everyone. I'm tearing up just typing this out. Please know how much it means to us all.

I feel like we won the lottery today. It is the BEST feeling in the world to know that tomorrow I get to fly home, walk in the front door, and see Mom and Daddy in the house - hear both of their voices, eat dinner around the table together, have our friends and family all together again.

Thank you, God, for giving us this moment.

Judy has planted somany seeds of encouragement that it is no surprise that all of those seeds bloomed through the power of prayer. God is good!
